Bring your own small piece of furniture and let’s get painting!
Join our DIY Painting Workshops held in Adelaide, South Australia! A fun hands-on learning experience for beginners as well as those wanting to know more about techniques, paint brushes, finishes and embellishments techniques.
During this 4-hour experience your instructor Katie will explain everything in detail, from prep to painting, finish to embellishment. You’ll learn about the different types of paints, paint brushes and sealing with wax vs. varnish, while working on your own piece.
Experiment with Fusion Mineral Paint, Jolie chalk paint, Silk mineral paint, Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint or Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint then choose your favourite to apply to your own piece of furniture!
You choose your own colours on the day from coastal to contemporary, farmhouse to boho and beyond with a LARGE variety to reflect your own personal style on your take-home project. This Workshop will help you to then complete your own larger projects at home with confidence! (Of course, you can always contact us with follow-up questions, we're here to help).
If you’re looking for extra embellishment there will be stencils, transfers and decoupage papers for purchase on the day.
Tea, coffee and refreshments included. Book with a friend and/or come make a friend! Space is limited to allow greater one-on-one time. Booking is essential and no refunds or cancellations.
All painting materials are included in the Workshop price, just bring your own piece of furniture. Your small piece must be able to be carried by just one person. Examples of small pieces are:
- small side table
- bedside table
- dining chair
- step stool
- barstool
